  • Initial Session

    Our first session will be an opportunity for me to get to know you and for us to begin exploring your issues together, running for 75 minutes.

    Initial sessions are $115 AUD.

  • Ongoing Sessions

    If you feel I am the right counsellor for you, we can dive deeper into problems and topics you want to explore, in regular 60 minute sessions.

    Ongoing sessions are $99 each.

  • Concession Discount

    Are you a student or have a concession or health care card?

    If so, I offer discounted rates which can be discussed during your free phone consult.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No you do not need a referral from a GP or other specialist for you to receive counselling. So you can book an appointment or a free phone consult without worry.

    I do also accept referrals from your GP or other health providers and there is no limit to the number of sessions you can book with me.

  • Things happen and if you need to change the date/time of your session that is perfectly ok, but please give me as much notice as possible!

    If you do not attend a booked session or you do not contact me more than 2 hours before a session to cancel or move it, then you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

  • If you decide you do not wish to see me for counselling any longer that is absolutely fine.

    Please just contact me via email to cancel any sessions you already have booked and that’s it!

  • At this time I only offer online telehealth counselling, to provide clients flexibility and privacy.

    If you have concerns about online counselling, we can discuss them in your free consultation over the phone. Otherwise I can also recommend counsellors I know who provide in-person counselling, if that is your ultimate preference.

  • I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counsellor Association, membership which requires a tertiary qualification.

    I have been certified with a Graduate Diploma in Counselling with the University of Canberra, and have completed training in specific therapies which I practice.

    I do not use AI to record sessions with clients, when writing the words you see here or anywhere in my business.
